5. Google User Data

Branofy offers an optional Google Calendar integration. You are never required to connect a Google account to use Branofy, and you can disconnect it at any time from the Calendar screen in the app.

Scopes we request, and why

When you connect your calendar we request exactly two scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar: to read your free/busy availability, so meetings are only offered at times you are actually free; and to create a calendar event, with a Google Meet link, when a meeting is booked with one of your leads. We also read your events so the meetings shown in Branofy stay in step with your calendar.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: to show you which Google account is connected. We do not store this address; it is read on demand for display.

What we do not do: we do not modify or delete calendar events that Branofy did not create; we do not read your calendar for any purpose beyond the availability and syncing described above; and our AI calling assistant never receives your event titles, descriptions or guest lists. It is told only whether a time slot is free, and whether a booking succeeded.

Limited Use

Branofy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In plain terms:

• We use Google user data only to provide the calendar and meeting features described above, which are visible to you in the product.
• We do not transfer Google user data to anyone else, except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we never use it for advertising.
• No human at Branofy reads your Google user data, except with your explicit permission, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where the law requires it.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, train, improve, evaluate or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether our own or a third party's, and we do not transfer it to any model provider for that purpose.

Retention and deletion

Calendar events cached to display your meetings in Branofy are deleted when you disconnect the integration, which also revokes the access token we hold. You may revoke Branofy's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To delete your Branofy account and all associated data, see the Contact Us section below.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
