1. How Our Pricing Works
Branofy operates on a prepaid credit model. You top up your wallet (minimum ₹10,000) and credits are deducted at ₹50 per qualified lead. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges.
2. When Charges Apply
You are charged only when the AI successfully qualifies a lead — meaning the contact answered the call or responded on WhatsApp, engaged in a meaningful conversation, and demonstrated genuine intent based on your qualification criteria. You are never charged for:
- Leads that did not answer
- Leads that hung up immediately
- Leads that said "not interested"
- Spam or wrong numbers
- Duplicate contacts
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- Unused credits: If you have not used any credits and wish to cancel within 7 days of your first top-up, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service issues: If the AI platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 hours) or fails to function as described, you may request a refund for credits consumed during the affected period.
- Incorrect charges: If you believe a lead was incorrectly marked as "qualified" and charged, you can dispute it within 7 days. Our team will review the call/chat transcript and refund the credit if the dispute is valid.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Credits used for successfully qualified leads (as per the qualification criteria you set)
- Dissatisfaction with lead quality when the AI correctly followed your qualification criteria
- Unused credits after the 7-day cancellation window (credits remain in your account and never expire)
- Bonus credits received during promotions
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at connect@branofy.com with your account details, the reason for the refund, and any relevant lead IDs or transaction references. We will respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. For disputed leads, credits will be restored to your wallet immediately upon approval.
