    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Branofy's AI lead qualification platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who access the platform.

    2. Description of Service

    Branofy provides an AI-powered lead qualification and nurturing platform that includes AI voice calling, WhatsApp automation, conversational AI, lead scoring, and a real-time dashboard. The Service operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model where credits are deducted only when the AI successfully qualifies a lead based on your defined criteria.

    3. Account & Wallet

    To use the Service, you must create an account and top up your wallet with a minimum of ₹10,000 (or equivalent in your local currency). Credits in your wallet never expire and are non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

    4. Pricing & Billing

    The Service charges ₹50 per successfully qualified lead. A lead is considered "qualified" when the AI confirms the contact has answered, engaged in conversation, and demonstrated genuine intent based on your qualification criteria. No charges apply for leads that do not answer, hang up, express disinterest, or are identified as spam/wrong numbers.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to interfere with the Service's infrastructure. Branofy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    6. Data & Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all lead data processed through the platform. Branofy processes data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and does not sell or share your data with third parties.

    7. AI Disclaimer

    The AI voice agent and chatbot are automated systems. While designed to accurately qualify leads, AI responses may occasionally be imperfect. Branofy is not liable for any business decisions made solely based on AI qualification results. We recommend human review for high-value deals.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Branofy's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid in credits during the 12 months preceding the claim. Branofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption.

    9. Termination

    You may stop using the Service at any time. There are no contracts, notice periods, or exit fees. Remaining credits stay in your account indefinitely. Branofy reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
