Question 1

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There is zero setup fee on all plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise). We handle the full onboarding and go live the same day you connect your lead sources.

Question 2

How does AI lead qualification work?

Accepted Answer

Every new lead is called within 10 seconds of entering the platform. The AI runs a 3-layer qualification process: identity and reachability, industry intent, and your custom questions. It scores the lead HOT, WARM, or COLD and can book a calendar appointment before ending the call.

Question 3

What happens if a lead doesn't answer or is a wrong number?

Accepted Answer

No-answer calls, wrong numbers, and hang-ups do not consume your AI calling minutes. You only use minutes when the AI is actively in conversation with a real prospect.

Question 4

What if I run out of AI calling minutes?

Accepted Answer

You receive a low-balance alert before your bundle runs out, at 200 min remaining on Starter and 500 min on Growth. Auto top-up is available on all plans so calling never pauses mid-month.

Question 5

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

Accepted Answer

No lock-in whatsoever. All plans are billed monthly. You can switch plans or cancel at the end of any billing cycle, with no penalties and no questions asked.

Question 6

How quickly can I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most clients see qualified leads in their dashboard within hours of going live on Day 1. At the end of the 10-day proof sprint you'll have a clear picture of speed-to-contact improvement, qualification rate, and appointments booked.

Question 7

Can you integrate with our existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Qualified leads can flow directly into your CRM, Google Sheets, or any other system via API. The Meta Conversion API connection also sends qualified lead signals back to your ad campaigns.
